Billing Terms:

• 7-Day Limited Access: Eligible customers receive 7 days free, then the plan renews at $39.00/month unless canceled before the trial ends.
• 7-Day Unlimited Access: You are charged $1.00 today for 7 days of unlimited access, then the plan renews at $39.00/month unless canceled before day 8.
• Annual Plan: You are charged $479.40 upfront for 12 months of access, then the plan renews annually unless canceled.
• Document Package: If selected at checkout, the Document Package is charged once at $14.95 and does not create recurring billing.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. Limited and unlimited monthly plans renew monthly, and the annual plan renews yearly.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase affects their subscription.
• Taxes: Prices do not include applicable sales taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.

• Document Preview: Before any purchase, you are provided with a preview of the document template. By completing your purchase after viewing the preview, you confirm that you have reviewed the document and understand what you are purchasing. Claims of dissatisfaction with the document content after purchase are invalid.
• Trial and Introductory Terms: If you do not cancel 7-Day Limited Access before the end of its 7-day trial, or 7-Day Unlimited Access before day 8, the applicable renewal charge will be processed automatically. Those charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Document Package: If you add the Document Package during checkout, the $14.95 charge is processed immediately and is NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased.
• Your Consent: By providing your payment information and completing any purchase, you explicitly consent to our no-refunds policy and waive any right to dispute charges or claim fraud based on our clearly stated terms.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.
• Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Purchased Document Package materials remain subject to the terms presented at checkout.
• Billing Disputes: Any claims of unauthorized charges or fraud are invalid if you have voluntarily provided your payment information and agreed to these terms. We maintain records of your consent and agreement to these terms.

What Your Access Includes:

• Plan-Based Features: Access depends on the plan you choose. Limited access plans include limited edits and downloads, while unlimited monthly and annual plans include broader document, e-sign, and PDF tool access.
• Document Formats: Documents are provided in the formats made available through the selected product or plan.
• AI-Generated Documents: Eligible paid plans include access to our AI-powered document generation tools.
• Personal/Business Use: Documents may be used for your personal or business purposes, but may not be resold or redistributed.
• Storage: Generated documents and purchased add-ons are stored in your account dashboard for easy access and re-download where applicable.

Automated Processing and AI Disclosure:

By accessing or using the Website or any of our services, you acknowledge and agree that LegalTemplates.com may use automated tools, machine learning systems, and third-party artificial intelligence providers in connection with any service we provide, whether or not that service is expressly identified to you as AI-powered.
